The Bridge Between Supply Chain and Healthcare Professionals Starts with Us
The Capstone Forum is an annual, by invitation-only event that brings together Capstone Members and Suppliers, industry experts, and executive stakeholders for three focused days of strategy, best practice exchange, connection, partnership, and fun. Founded on four key pillars; Aggregation, Education, Collaboration, and Communication, Capstone crafts this event to best serve Members and Suppliers in all four areas, reenforcing our commitment to continually drive excellence and positive change in healthcare delivery through the supply chain.
Members attend at NO COST. Conference meals, accommodations, and attendance are all covered by Capstone for Members. If you need assistance with Forum travel expenses, please reach out to your Member Services Director for information regarding a limited number of available Member Travel Grants.
Exclusive Networking Events
Capstone creates a unique space for collaboration between Members and Suppliers. Our newest event is the Member Connection Social offering attendees a relaxed opportunity to forge meaningful
relationships. This social event offers a casual setting for 1:1 networking, allowing attendees to
highlight their facility and foster collaboration in a laid-back atmosphere.

Over the course of the three days, Members engage in dynamic sessions, interactive panel discussions, and educational presentations. The Forum focuses on pressing topics such as cost optimization strategies, supply chain management advancements, value-based care initiatives, and innovative solutions to address the evolving challenges faced by healthcare providers.
The State of Supply Chain Town Hall is a “must be there” session and an attendee favorite. Moderated by Capstone’s Owner & CEO, Tim Bugg, industry leading panelists explore topics such as policy impacts, emerging trends, practical steps for Members and Suppliers to navigate future challenges, and answer your questions in a robust Q&A.
Supplier Showcase & Member Drawing
The Supplier Showcase provides Members with a focused environment to connect with Suppliers, collaborate on solutions, air concerns, learn about innovative products and processes, and more. At the conclusion of the Showcase, Members who are present can win one of over a hundred door-prize giveaways.
Members who turn in their Showcase map at the Capstone Booth after completing the Capstone Challenge are entered into the drawing for $2K. The winning Member is announced during the opening comments of the Wednesday night dinner and dance party.
