How much does the Capstone Forum cost? 
The Capstone Forum has multiple tiers of registration levels. The main registration level is for General Exhibitors. Review the Sponsor and Exhibitor info here to see each cost breakdown and what's included at each level. The Capstone Team welcomes any Supplier to become a Sponsor, if you're interested please contact us to learn more. 

When should I (Supplier) arrive to the Capstone Forum?
We recommend arriving on Monday, October 14th, to check-in to the hotel and the conference and to be prepared for Tuesday exhibitor setup. 

Where do I (Supplier) ship my booth items?
Booth items are handled through our partners at The Hollins Group. All shipping information can be found in the exhibitor kit that will be released closer to the event. Capstone does not handle any fees associated with shipping items through the Hollins Group.

How do I (Supplier) book my hotel room?
Capstone offers a discounted rate when booking at the Sheraton Hotel. Click here to book your rooms.

How do I (Supplier) update who is attending for my company?
Registrations can be updated through the event portal, Swoogo. Your special registration link has been sent to you upon confirmation. Please reach out to the Capstone Team if you need help finding this link and updating your registration information.

When is the Supplier Showcase and what is this year's theme?
The Supplier Showcase will be the main event for Supplier and Member networking. The theme this year is yet to be announced and will be announced to Registered Suppliers first, before the general public. Be sure to keep an eye out for this announcement to gather your best decorations for your booth! Members will vote on the best-decorated booth and the winner will receive a free registration at next year's forum!

Do I (Supplier) need to bring any giveaways?
Yes! Please bring a door prize giveaway and deliver it to the Capstone Booth at the Forum. At the conclusion of the tradeshow a drawing will be held. Each attending Member will be entered into the drawing and the prizes will be awarded at the end of the Supplier Showcase. Suppliers should leave their business card and company name on the giveaway so that we can announce who it is from, and to pass along to the Member.

What educational opportunities have been specifically created for me (Supplier)?
The Capstone Team has set aside specific sessions for our Suppliers. These sessions will be announced soon.
