BENEFITS Capstone's Annual Forum is an exclusive complimentary event for Capstone members to network and collaborate with fellow members, supplier partners and the Capstone team. Join over 550 participants to:

MEMBER ACCOMMODATIONS As a continued benefit, hotel accommodations, meals and entertainment are complimentary for Capstone members. Upon completing registration, a link will be provided to all members to secure hotel accommodations.
Capstone will cover member accommodations from Monday, October 14 through Thursday, October 17, 2019. Please note a credit card is required to secure all reservations and incidentals but will not be charged at the time of booking. WISH TO BRING A GUEST? Members are welcome to bring one (1) guest at a cost of $250.00. Guest registration fees include access to all meals, general session speakers and the Award Ceremony & Entertainment Event. During the registration process you will be offered the opportunity to add your guest to your registration. If you decide to add a guest at a later date, please contact Vanessa Victoria.
MEMBER CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be received before October 2, 2019. Cancellations received after October 2nd will be subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee at the expense of the registered attendee and any paid guest fees will be forfeited.
