At Beebe Healthcare Corey leads Workforce Strategy with direct reporting line to the Chief Strategy Officer, and dotted lines to both the CHRO and CFO. Corey’s past cross industry experience and senior leader accountability creates an environment where Beebe can take innovative best practices and implement them in a nibble and accepting culture.
Over the last 20 years Corey has led Workforce Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning in large organizations including Atrium-Advocate Heath, Kimberly-Clark, General Electric, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Voya Financial. He specializes in solving complex workforce challenges by building visibility and understanding of the interconnections needed for success.
Corey has been recognized by the Human Capital Institute and the Conference Board as subject matter expert in the areas of Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Analytics and Talent Strategy. He is a continuous learner with a BA in Organizational Psychology, a Masters in Leadership and a Ph.D. in Leadership Philosophy. Corey holds certifications including SPHR, Master Strategic Workforce Planner, and Human Capital Strategist.
