Shannon Rudy, a nurse of nearly 30 years is the Senior Director, Portfolio Advisor, at Premier Inc. Shannon contributes both clinical and category related support to hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country, covering the Medical/Surgical Contract Portfolio. Shannon’s expertise spans both clinical and financial arenas and includes contract penetration, savings initiatives, conversions, and market intelligence.
In addition to 15 years with Premier Inc. in varied Supply Chain and Clinical Consulting roles, Shannon has 15 years of hospital-based experience in Perioperative Business Management, Sterile Processing, Value Analysis, Nursing leadership and Pediatric Intensive Care from WVU Medicine in Morgantown, WV.
Shannon earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from West Virginia University and her Master’s degrees in both Nursing and Business Administration from Waynesburg University.
